Last updated: February 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PressNative website (pressnative.app) and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. About the Operator
PressNative is operated by Anthony Lipscomb, an individual sole proprietor ("Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). PressNative is not a registered company, corporation, or limited liability entity. By using this Service, you acknowledge that you are engaging with an individual operator and not a corporate entity.
3. Description of Service
PressNative provides a platform that enables WordPress site owners to deliver their content through native iOS and Android mobile applications. The Service includes a WordPress plugin, a cloud-based registry, and native app shells.
4. Service Availability — No Uptime Guarantee
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, server issues, third-party service failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You acknowledge and agree that the Operator is not liable for any losses, damages, missed opportunities, lost revenue, or any other negative consequences arising from the Service being temporarily or permanently unavailable.
5. No Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no promises or guarantees regarding:
- The availability, reliability, or uptime of the Service
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content delivered through the Service
- The compatibility of the Service with any particular WordPress configuration, theme, or plugin
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or defects
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the total amount you have actually paid to PressNative in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If you are unhappy for any reason, the following refund policy applies:
- Monthly subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund for the most recent billing period (i.e., the previous month's payment). Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.
- How to request a refund: Contact us at anthony@pressnative.app with your account details and the reason for the refund. We will process approved refunds within 10 business days.
- Scope: Refunds are limited to one (1) month's subscription fee. We do not provide refunds for periods older than the most recent billing cycle.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The content published on your WordPress site and delivered through the Service
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining the security of your API keys, admin credentials, and WordPress installation
- Any activity that occurs under your account or API keys
- Having adequate backups of your content and data independent of the Service
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any other harmful content
10. Intellectual Property
The PressNative name, branding, and proprietary code are owned by the Operator. Your content remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you publish through the Service.
11. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or restrict your access to the Service at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. In the event of a service discontinuation, eligible users may request a refund for the current billing period as described in Section 7.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms including but not limited to WordPress, Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase, and Stripe. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or actions of any third-party service, and outages or issues caused by third-party services do not create any liability on our part.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via email.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
